Our mixologists are on hand to create your perfect cocktail, whether that’s our signature cocktail infused with Sussex gin, a brilliant Bloody Mary pick-me-up, or our delicious after-dinner Espresso Martini. We’ve sourced the finest East Sussex wines, and sampled the best breweries in Sussex and the surrounds. See you at the bar!
