Noon – 5.00pm

Port partners with Sussex based Guest Chef Loic Williams who will be serving up a delicious weekly Sunday Roast.

The menu calls on the best of Sussex and local surrounds produce with Sussex wagyu rump of beef headlining the menu. Making a star appearance is the original Hungry Monk banoffee pie, a recipe created by Loic Williams parents’ restaurant in the Seventies and now available for all to enjoy at Port.

Sussex wagyu rump of beef

Arlington corn-fed chicken breast, stuffed with mushrooms, and wrapped in streaky bacon

Butternut squash caramelised onion, walnut & sage pie (V)

All served with carrot purée, Yorkshire pudding, three times roasted potatoes, red cabbage and tender stem broccoli & house gravy
